Questions
Where does the data come from?
From the official Google Places API (New), using our own API key on the server, or optionally from OpenStreetMap. We never scrape websites, never harvest email addresses, and only search for businesses, never private individuals.
Can I download my leads?
Pro can export a CSV of your own pipeline data: place IDs, status, score, tags, notes and follow-up dates. Google’s terms don’t allow exporting Google business details (names, addresses, phone numbers) out of the service, so those stay in the app and are re-fetched when you open a lead.
Does it send emails or texts for me?
No. Knock Knock writes call scripts and email/DM drafts; you send each one yourself. That keeps you in control and on the right side of TCPA, CAN-SPAM and do-not-call rules.
What counts as a result?
Each business returned by a search counts as one result, even if a filter later hides it, because that is what the data costs. Free includes 25 a month; Pro includes 2,000.
How is the score calculated?
With simple, visible rules, for example "No website +40" or "Fewer than 20 reviews +25". Pick a preset (website prospects, missed-call prospects, reputation prospects, tax-preparer partners) or tune your own weights. Every lead shows exactly which rules fired.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel from the billing portal; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
